Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit fee and signed agreement are required to reserve the event date.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final raw files and photo gallery.
Licensing: Full perpetual, non-exclusive commercial rights for DDX's internal and promotional channels (e.g. marketing, digital promotion, website, and future conference promotional materials are granted to the client upon final payment)
- Usage Rights: Rates include full commercial usage rights for DDX marketing, website, and social channels, but exclude third-party/unauthorized sponsor usage unless sponsors pay an additional licensing fee.
- Sponsor Media Pass Add-On: $750 per third-party sponsor for commercial marketing rights.
Raw Video: Video footage is provided as raw, unedited camera files. No video editing, color grading, or montage building is included in scope of work.
Expenses
All rates include camera kit fees, audio kit(s), travel fees, etc.
